Refund policy

iCruze Return and Replacement Policy.

iCruze does not offer any return or refund facility. We do not accept any cancellations on orders.

If the customer refuses to accept the parcel, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, We will provide only credited note with 6 months validations. But there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount. 

 

Replacement/Exchanges(if applicable)

  • Exchange is available for 24 hours on defective items after receipt of the product. After 24H we will not do except any exchange.
  • If the product is not in its original condition, replacement is not applicable. For smartwatch case, If the customer sends the watch for replacement with the screen guard attached  above the watch, it will not be acceptable.
  • Replacement is applicable on defective items (manufacture & technical defect) after receipt of the product. We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@icruze.in and courier your item in 706, 7th floor Vishal Tower, Janakpuri District Centre, Delhi, 110058, India. iCruze have not provide any pickup policy. 

 

Warranty

The product warranty starts from Date of purchase in the invoice.

Warranty does not cover any types of physical and liquid damage.

A replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product. After 24hrs of receiving the order, the replacement not applicable, and iCruze does not have a pickup policy; the customer needs to bear courier delivery expenses.

Warranty on Laptop Bags and Laptop Sleeves

All iCruze Laptop Bags and Laptop Sleeves come with 90 Days warranty from the date of purchase invoice. Warranty covers manufacturing faults like stitching or hardware faults including zippers. Warranty does not apply on physical damage caused by unreasonable or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind.

Warranty on Cables, Chargers and wireless chargers

All iCruze Charging Cables, Chargers and wireless chargers come with a 6 months warranty on technical and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover Physical and liquid damage of the product

How do I make a claim?

Kindly email our support team at support@icruze.in with your order details and description of the defect or fault. Please attach images of the product that helps speeding up and resolving claims
